The Foundation works to secure and disburse public and private funds that enhance and support the goals of the Board of Governors and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
In addition, the Foundation works to establish strategic public and private partnerships to meet the changing needs and expectations of the Commonwealth and its citizens.
