- Must be a student of West Shore School District in Cumberland and York Counties
- Must major in business, accounting or a related major

- Undergraduate students that have passed 60 credits at a PASSHE university with at least a 3.0 GPA

- Must be a resident of Butler, Clarion, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, or Venango Counties in Pennsylvania

- Must be a full-time student at a PASSHE university pursuing an undergraduate degree leading to a career in law, art therapy or social services.
- Must have passed 60 credits with a GPA of 3.5 or better.

- Must demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA
- Must be in the top 25% of high school graduating class with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
